To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the KARUIZAWA PRINCE SHOPPING PLAZA, we designed, produced, constructed and installed the monument after the name of the location. The symbols are hollowed out to integrate them with the surrounding landscape.
The colors are inspired by the sky, the stars, the leaves, and the town flower, primrose. They are illuminated at night as well. It is the interactive art project that visitors to the facility can enjoy in various ways.
