For the renovation project of Hana-ju, a long-established flower shop in Yanaka, Tokyo, our company was responsible for the detailed design, fabrication, and installation of the flooring, as well as the steel staircase and handrails, under the direction of the team at MARU. architecture.
By preserving the spatial character of the historic building while integrating contemporary functionality, the project has received several architectural awards and recognitions, including the JIA Award for Excellence in Architecture 2024.
